Internal Audit
Our Associates help internal audit departments to execute audit plans, assess risk management practices and perform special projects by serving as interim internal audit professionals with relevant technical and industry expertise. We can co-source with you in various ways to provide you with a flexible, skilled internal audit resource. You may need auditors with language skills and local knowledge to work alongside your existing team when you are performing audits overseas. We can also provide associates with technical skills to work on specific assignments to provide additional expertise, such as treasury operations or revenue assurance, or sector specific knowledge, such as telecoms or financial services. We can also help you to deal with the peaks in demand by providing resources to help with particularly busy periods or when setting up a new department.
Internal Controls and Policy Management
We help clients to develop processes to distribute, monitor and manage financial reporting-related policies more effectively and efficiently utilising policyIQ®, our proprietary web-based solution for enterprise-wide policy development and management. policyIQ® is a tool that clients can use to assist with policy management and compliance programmes, including regulations associated with Sarbanes.
Sarbanes-Oxley
Our Associates have helped our clients around the world with compliance efforts related to Sarbanes-Oxley section 404, including:
- project management support
- documenting existing business processes, practices, workflows and identifying internal controls
- testing internal controls
- remediation of deficiencies, including changes to policies and procedures
