Expert Witness Reports

Our Expert Witness service is run by Marc Egerton, Marc is trained as a single joint expert and a mediator. He is a member of the Academy of Experts and has been acting as an Expert Witness for over thirteen years across all aspects of financial services activities. Marc has written in excess of 150 reports, some of which have resulted in Court appearances (an event few experts ever get to experience).

Marc is widely regarded as a pioneer of UK compliance consultancy and can be instructed as a single or joint expert and is happy to provide advisory or full reports. His instructions are often linked to allegations of negligent financial advice, but employment related cases are also common. Instructions on any financial services issue are considered, including assessment of quantum.
