Michael has over 23 years of insurance and financial services experience having begun his career in the insurance sector with Hogg Robinson. He has been a compliance officer and director for a major firm within the IFA sector holding individual registrations with IMRO, PIA and FSA as well as working for a Lloyds Broker specialising in PI insurance.

In 2001 he moved into compliance consultancy as one of the founding directors of CS Compliance Solutions which during the following six years, as part of the Compliance.co.uk Group, became one of the leading independent firms of compliance consultants in the UK.

Michael is now responsible for managing strategic project work as well as looking after a number of leading clients helping them make sense of FSA rule changes and implement appropriate systems and controls.
