Gary is a Chartered Accountant with many years experience who has spent seven years as the finance director of various regulated companies.

Gary has been individually registered with IMRO, PIA, SFA, Lloyd's of London and the Bank of England. Prior to working within the financial services sector he spent seven years working for Coopers & Lybrand, latterly within their Corporate Finance department.

In 2003 he was asked by the FSA to help form the Association of Professional Compliance Consultants, the representative trade body in which he still actively participates.

As one of the founding directors of CS Compliance Solutions, he developed the holding company Compliance.co.uk Group into one of the leading independent compliance consultancy firms in the UK over a six year period.
